Not any more. At Mulberry, we pride ourselves on a highly professional team that still retains that special personal touch. Our two Directors, Anthony Ussher and Lynn Rees, have a wealth of experience in commercial grounds and gardens maintenance, interior landscape management and floristry.

We make sure that each of our clients receives our special ‘Mulberry Treatment’. Whatever your needs, we aim to provide you with a complete, ‘one stop’ care and maintenance solution. Ultimately, the quality of your surroundings will have an impact upon your corporate image – and we want to make sure that your organisation is portrayed in the best light possible.
Care for the environment
All of our services are firmly grounded in a philosophy of sustainability. We believe in working in harmony with the changing natural world rather than against it. For example, this means adopting strategies such as bark mulching, composting and re-cycling, and good organic materials. Although we are fully experienced in the application of pesticides, we always look for alternative solutions wherever possible.

Personnel
Anthony Ussher
Director
25 years experience working in commercial landscaping, with 7 years working at senior management level, responsible for key corporate accounts throughout the UK, including Sport England, BP, Castrol, Exxon Mobil, Hewlett Packard and other large corporate clients, Work has won National Landscape BALI Awards in the UK
Lynn Rees
Director
Qualified in commercial and business management and has 20 years experience in floristry & interior landscaping including retail management. Recently has worked with corporate clients in London including large financial institutions, Government offices and Exclusive hotels.
Mick Conway
Operations
19 years in the Royal Air force including 8 years at management level, responsible for the direct command and supervision of up to 25 civilian personnel. Experience of the design delivery of training for all levels from basic trainees to senior managers.
Elaine Howe
Accounts
Elaine is experienced in all aspects of general ledger and reconciliation account processes. Has worked for the last 25 years with both medium and large corporate companies including Reg Vardy and INVESCO.
Alison Ellwood
Financial Controller
Qualified Chartered Accountant with 25 years experience working in finance, including 7 years at Procter&Gamble and 9 years with Syngenta.
